A food and clothing vendor from the remote floating village of Ko Panyi. Ko Panyi has a population of 2000 people or 400 families. The residents make most of their money from the daily tourists who visit them daily via longtail boat and ferry. Their location between the limestone islands of Phang Nga Bay protects them from the sea. They were safe during the 2004 Tsunami while thousands of lives were lost just south of them in Phuket and neighboring islands.
